These specific terms govern the visual mockup service offered in the public assistant on becomystudio.com. They supplement the general terms above and prevail over them for this service only. They are accepted at the time of payment, and the version applying to an order is the one in force on the date of that order.

1. Subject
On order, Becomy generates one (1) single illustrative image, produced by an artificial intelligence model, from the elements the user describes in the conversation and, where applicable, from the visuals the user uploads. The service is delivered online, immediately, without creating an account.

2. What the service is not
The delivered image is a mood illustration. It is neither a contractual mockup, nor a design commitment, nor a promise that the store, theme or website provided by Becomy Studio will reproduce that image in whole or in part. No commercial outcome, sales performance or search engine ranking is guaranteed. The output is non-deterministic by nature: two identically worded orders may produce different images.

3. Price, unit of sale and no take-back
The price is €5 including tax per generation. Every generation is payable, including where the user orders a new one because the previous image did not suit them: no free retry or re-run is included. Dissatisfaction with the style, composition or rendering of the image gives no right to a refund, in whole or in part.

4. Immediate performance and right of withdrawal
The service is performed immediately after payment. By ticking the dedicated box before paying, a consumer expressly requests that immediate performance and expressly waives their fourteen-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. That request and waiver are recorded with the order. A user acting for professional purposes has no right of withdrawal.

5. Technical failure and refund
If no image is produced, due to a technical failure or to a refusal by the model provider, the order is refunded automatically and in full, with no action required from the user. That refund is the sole compensation owed on this ground.

6. Visuals uploaded by the user
The user may upload up to three (3) images, in JPEG, PNG or WebP format and up to 8 MB per file. By uploading them, the user warrants that they hold all necessary rights, that the images infringe no third-party rights — copyright, trademarks, image rights of the people depicted — and that they contain no unlawful content. The user grants Becomy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, strictly limited to performing the order and to the retention period set out in clause 9. The user indemnifies and holds Becomy harmless against any third-party claim in this respect.

7. Prohibited uses
The following are prohibited: uploading unlawful, violent, hateful, pornographic, infringing or privacy-invading content, or content depicting minors; any attempt to make the model produce such content; any automated or bulk use, or any use designed to circumvent quotas and technical limits; reselling or making the service available to third parties. Becomy may refuse, interrupt or block an order, without refund where the breach is established, retain the evidence required, and report unlawful content to the competent authorities.

8. Rights in the delivered image
Becomy grants the user a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual right to use the delivered image for their personal or professional purposes. Given the nature of AI-generated content, Becomy does not warrant that the image is protectable by copyright, nor its originality, nor the absence of resemblance to existing works or trademarks. The user remains solely responsible for how they use it, including any advertising use.

9. Retention and deletion
Where no order has been paid, the conversation and the uploaded visuals are deleted from our servers no later than 72 hours after their creation. Where an order has been paid, the conversation, the visuals and the delivered image are retained for twelve (12) months as evidence and to handle claims; accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period. Users are invited to download their image: Becomy provides no archiving service and does not guarantee that it can later be re-delivered.

10. Availability, quotas and changes
The service is provided with no service-level commitment. It may be capped by quotas, suspended, modified or withdrawn at any time, in particular for reasons of security, established abuse or cost. Orders paid and not yet performed at the date of an interruption are refunded.

11. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Becomy’s total liability in respect of an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. Indirect damages are excluded, in particular loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data and reputational harm. Mandatory consumer protection provisions, and liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury, are reserved.

12. Personal data
Processing is described in the Privacy policy. Uploaded material is transmitted to artificial intelligence model providers, acting as processors, for the sole purpose of performing the order. The email address collected at payment is used to deliver the image and to handle claims.

13. Capacity
The service is reserved for adults with full legal capacity. By placing an order, the user represents that they meet these conditions.

14. Claims, mediation and governing law
Claims are to be sent to the contact address shown on this site, quoting the payment reference. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are given on the contact page. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective rules of the consumer’s country of residence.

15. Reference version
These specific terms are published in several languages for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy of interpretation between versions, the French version prevails.
