We will be one percent of the internet.

In ten years, humans will account for just one percent of internet traffic. The rest will be machines talking to machines.

You can find that dizzying. I find it clarifying: on an internet crowded with robots, the rare thing is us.

With AI, nobody knows what work will be left for us. We are told to wait, to adapt, to retrain for jobs that may be gone before the training ends. Waiting means letting someone else decide for us.

Commerce does not stop. Someone makes, someone needs, someone connects the two. That trade has outlived empires, crises and every technical revolution. It will outlive this one.

So here is what we believe, and it will not please everyone: in every family, someone should sell online. Not as a little side thing. As a trade. And not with a single site — potentially around ten.

This is not a promise of wealth. It is a position. A family that sells owns something: a name, customers, an income that does not depend on an employer recalculating headcount.

AI does not take this work from us. It makes it possible to carry. It runs the catalog, it makes the photos, the videos, the listings, it publishes. A volume of work nobody could carry alone.

And we keep the one thing no machine can hold in our place: the relationship. Our networks. Our influence. The people who trust us. An AI can write a thousand posts. It cannot be someone people believe.
